Jamie is Larry Scaringelli’s Legal Assistant/Paralegal and has been since 2008.  Larry and Jamie have known each other for many more years than she has been working for him though.  Jamie’s mom met Larry over two decades ago, when his youngest was only two years old (who is now applying to law school).  It was then that Jamie began babysitting Larry’s children and continued for many years.  While in college, Jamie started an office organization business and in 2007 Larry hired her to help him at his office. During that time, the firm hired Jamie full-time as a Legal Assistant and her role in supporting Larry’s practice grew from there. Larry even accepted the honor of officiating at Jamie’s wedding in 2017.

When Jamie isn’t busy working, she loves to travel with her husband and daughter.  She and her husband are self-proclaimed foodies and just to make sure they pass on their love of food and experience to their daughter, they frequent their favorite restaurants and are always looking for a new one to try with their toddler in tow.  Jamie’s other hobby is real estate and home design, which led her to getting her real estate license.  Any chance she gets, she helps friends and family with purchasing, renovating, and decorating their homes.

Alex Kelly has worked for Attorney Jennifer Kupiszewski as a Legal Assistant since 2008 and the Honorable Stephen Kupiszewski Esq. (Retired), since 2012 when he retired from the bench. She has extensive experience in adoptions, probate and trust administration, guardianship/conservatorship and litigation matters. She is the proud puppy parent of Tuesday, an adorable Dachshund, and Nora Jean, a sweet lovable Yorkie.

Elizabeth is a paralegal with Theut, Scaringelli & Kupiszewski, P.L.C. Elizabeth attended the University of Mary, where she earned a B.A. in English. She began her legal career at Theut, Theut & Theut, P.C., in 2017 and moved to Theut, Scaringelli & Kupiszewski P.L.C. in 2021. Elizabeth has a dog named Zoey. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming and weightlifting. 

Vanessa Ramirez has worked with Steve and Jennifer Kupiszewski since 2016. Previously, she worked as a legal assistant with law firms in the states of Arizona, Colorado and Texas, since 2010. Vanessa has extensive experience in estate and trust administration, guardianship and conservatorship and other various probate litigation matters. Although originally from Texas, growing up with her entire family as Cowboys fans, she roots for her Arizona Cardinals! She is the proud parent of 2 amazing teenage boys and a  cuddly 3-year-old Shih-Poo named  Lucky.

Maria Theut joined Theut, Scaringelli & Kupiszewski P.L.C. in 2023 as a legal assistant to Paul Theut and James Theut. Maria has been married to Paul Theut for 33 years and has 5 children. Prior to working at Theut, Scaringelli & Kupiszewski P.L.C, Maria was an English teacher for over 15 years. She is an avid runner and also enjoys biking, hiking, and any other excuse to be in the Arizona sun!
