Meet the Team

Jamie has worked as a Paralegal with Larry Scaringelli since 2008. Currently with Theut, Scaringelli & Kupiszewski P.L.C., she continues to support Larry, along with James Theut.

Her primary focus is on Guardianships and Conservatorships, Estate and Trust Litigation, and Estate Planning, though she also has experience in various other practice areas.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys traveling with her husband and young daughter. She also has a passion for real estate and home design.

Elizabeth is a Legal Assistant with Theut, Scaringelli & Kupiszewski P.L.C. Elizabeth attended the University of Mary, where she earned a B.A. in English.

She began her legal career at Theut, Theut & Theut P.C., in 2017 and moved to Theut, Scaringelli & Kupiszewski P.L.C. in 2021.

Elizabeth has a dog named Zoey. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming and weightlifting.

Vanessa has worked with Steve and Jennifer Kupiszewski since 2016. Previously, she worked as a legal assistant with law firms in Arizona, Colorado and Texas, since 2010.

Vanessa has extensive experience in estate and trust administration, guardianship & conservatorship, and other various probate litigation matters.

Although originally from Texas, growing up with her entire family as Cowboys fans, Vanessa roots for her Arizona Cardinals! She is the proud parent of 2 amazing teenage boys and a  cuddly 3-year-old Shih-Poo named  Lucky.

Maria Theut joined Theut, Scaringelli & Kupiszewski P.L.C. in 2023 as a legal assistant to Paul Theut and James Theut.

Maria has been married to Paul Theut for 33 years and has 5 children. Before working at Theut, Scaringelli & Kupiszewski P.L.C., she was an English teacher for over 15 years.

Maria is an avid runner and also enjoys biking, hiking, and any other excuse to be in the Arizona sun!

Angela Esparza is Director of Operations with Theut, Scaringelli & Kupiszewski P.L.C. Angela holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management.

She brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work. With experience in HR, operations, and compliance, she enjoys creating efficient systems that support both teams and organizational goals.

Teresa Beeso is an experienced Legal Assistant focusing on probate matters and secretarial support.

With a strong understanding of probate procedures, she assists in preparing legal documents, managing case files, and coordinating communication with clients and courts.

Her attention to detail and efficiency helps keep the office running smoothly.

Michael Morse is the front office administrator with Theut, Scaringelli & Kupiszewski P.L.C.
