Paul J. Theut has been practicing law in Arizona since 1988, with a practice focused on Probate, Guardianship, Conservatorship, Estate and Trust Litigation, Severe Bodily Injury and Wrongful Death, and Guardian Ad Litem Matters. His Probate, Guardianship, and Conservatorship practice frequently extends into related fields such as marriage dissolution, criminal, mental health, elder abuse, and the serious bodily injury of minors.
