Kiernan Curley is Of Counsel to Theut Scaringelli & Kupiszewski P.L.C.. Kiernan has been working in the Probate and Trust field since October of 2009.

Kiernan graduated from Brophy High School.  He received his B.A. from the University of Arizona graduating cum laude in 2004 with degrees in Psychology and History.  Kiernan obtained his J.D. degree from Southwestern University in Los Angeles, California.

Kiernan has spent his entire career focused on Guardianship, Conservatorship, Probate and Trust administration, Probate and Trust litigation and estate planning matters.  He has participated in numerous trials and contested matters in the Maricopa County Superior Court Probate Division.

His primary focus is on:

1. Guardianship and Conservatorship matters;
2. Preparation of Wills, trust agreements and powers of attorney;
3. Post-mortem administration matters, including probate proceedings, and advising with respect to the administration of trusts and estates.
4. He deals with all probate and trust litigation matters.

Kiernan was born in New York but has lived in Arizona since 1985.  He is married and has two children. Kiernan enjoys tennis and spending time with family.
