James X. Theut is an Associate Attorney at Theut Scaringelli & Kupiszewski P.L.C.

His practice focuses on Estate and Trust Litigation, Estate and Trust Planning, and Guardianship and Conservatorship Litigation. As an associate attorney, James has first-chaired favorable results in Estate and Trust Litigation. James has administered and litigated complex trusts and estates, representing both Successor Trustees and Personal Representatives in Maricopa County Superior Court. James has developed an estate planning practice, helping Arizona individuals and families in the creation of revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, durable and medical powers of attorney, and living wills.
